Refund & Dispute Policy
This policy explains when refunds may apply and how project disputes are handled for all digital deliverables, from small tasks to larger projects.
Refunds
Before work begins
Full refunds are available minus payment processing fees if requested before project work commences. This applies equally to small purchases (e.g. a single graphic) and larger project orders.
After work begins
Because all deliverables are digital, services are generally non-refundable once work has started. Partial refunds may be considered for undelivered milestones on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Deliverables
Nature of products
All services result in digital deliverables (design files, graphics, mockups, brand assets, etc.) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, refund eligibility is assessed on a per-order basis considering the work completed.
